This is one of the oldest pictures I have on the Whitson side of the family. Also, this is the only known picture of Miles Chappell Whitson, b. June 18, 1846 m. 1866; d. April 16, 1913. Wife, Lishia Jane Stephenson, b. January 17, 1846; d. December 12, 1909. They are buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Fayette County, AL.
